Shipping Policy

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional time for your order to be processed during busy seasons.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1-2 business days

Delivery estimates are based on your location and may vary.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.

Shipping Restrictions
We currently only ship within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or international addresses. If you are outside of the United States please send us an email and we will arrange shipping to your country.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will assist you in resolving the issue.

Failed Delivery

In the event of a failed delivery, we understand the inconvenience it can cause. We strive to make the process as smooth as possible for you. Here's what you need to know:

  • Re-Delivery Attempts: In some cases, we can coordinate with our local courier services to attempt a re-delivery of your package. This service is subject to the availability and policies of the local courier.

  • Additional Fees: Please be aware that if the failed delivery is due to circumstances within your control (such as incorrect address provided, unavailability to receive the package, etc.), there may be additional fees for re-delivery. These fees are imposed by the courier service to cover the extra handling and transportation costs.

  • Customer Responsibility: To avoid failed deliveries, please ensure that your shipping information is accurate and up-to-date. Also, try to be available on the estimated delivery date, or arrange for someone else to receive the package on your behalf.
