RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY
IMPORTANT NOTE:

SIZE/COLOR CHANGES:
EMAIL US AT INTIFADA.APPAREL@GMAIL.COM FOR SIZE OR COLOR CHANGES BEFORE YOUR ORDER IS FULFILLED. ONCE FULFILLED, CHANGES CANNOT BE MADE.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS ARE NOT ALLOWED ONCE ORDER IS CONFIRMED.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
- TIME FRAME: YOU HAVE 4 DAYS FROM THE DELIVERY DATE TO REQUEST A RETURN OR EXCHANGE AT INTIFADA.APPAREL@GMAIL.COM
- AFTER 4 DAYS: WE WILL NOT OFFER RETURNS OR EXCHANGES.
RETURNS:
- FOR STORE CREDIT ONLY.
- ITEMS MUST BE UNWORN, UNWASHED, IN ITS ORIGINAL CONDITION, WITH TAGS ATTACHED.
- YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR COVERING YOUR RETURN / EXCHANGE SHIPPING COSTS AS WELL AS THE NEW SHIPPING FEE. PLEASE NOT THAT SHIPPING FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. IF YOU RECEIVE STORE CREDIT, IT WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR FUTURE USE AND YOU WILL BE PROVIDED WITH A SPECIFIC CODE.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES:
- REPORT DEFECTS OR WRONG ITEMS IMMEDIATELY UPON RECEIPT. WE WILL EVALUATE AND RESOLVE THE ISSUE.
NON-REFUNDABLE/FINAL SALE MERCHANDISE:
- ITEMS MARKED "FINAL SALE" CANNOT BE RETURNED, EXCHANGED, OR REFUNDED. REVIEW YOUR ORDER CAREFULLY.
LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES:
- CHECK YOUR PACKAGE TRACKING AT 'TRACK YOUR ORDER' TAB
- REPORT MISSING PACKAGES WITHIN 2 WEEKS OF DELIVERY CONFIRMATION.
- WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES IF THE SHIPPING ADDRESS IS CORRECT.
