Shipping & Tracking

How much is shipping?

We are currently offering free shipping for our launch, enjoy!

How can I track my order?

Scroll to the bottom of our website and click 'track your order'.

How long does shipping take?

After placing your order, please allow 1 to 3 business days to process your order.

Once your order is shipped, you will immediately receive an email with your tracking information. Sometimes couriers take a few days to update tracking information.

Estimated delivery times once your package leaves the warehouse:

3-7 Business days.

We currently offer shipping in the United States only, however if you are in another country send us an email and we will work out the shipping accordingly!

There may be delays due to external factors that are out of our control (ie. weather, courier delays, weekends, holidays, etc).

What payment methods do you accept?

Our accepted payment methods include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Afterpay.

Can I cancel my order?

You are able to cancel your order prior to your item being shipped out from our facility.

I didn't receive an order confirmation email. Did my order go through?

When you successfully place an order, we always send a confirmation email along with your order number.

Make sure to check your spam/promotions folders.

If you placed your order with Apple Pay, please check the email associated with your Apple ID.

If you have still not received confirmation please follow up with us via email @ intifada.apparel@gmail.com.

Can I return my product?

Our goal is to ensure you're delighted with our products, but we understand that sometimes returns are necessary. If you find yourself needing to return an order, we're here to assist you.

Please visit our Return Policy page and email us at intifada.apparel@gmail.com to start the return process if you are eligible.

Product

How do i choose my correct size?

For those placing their first order with us, we highly recommend taking the time to measure your existing garments and compare those measurements to our size chart on the product page.

By doing so, you can select the size that most closely matches your measurements, ensuring an ideal fit right from the start. Our hoodies are meant to be an oversized fit.

Washing & Care Instructions:

Machine Wash:
- Use a gentle cycle in cold water.

Drying:
- Air Dry: Recommended for best results.
- Dryer: If using a dryer, set to very low temperature.

Pre-Shrink Notice:
- Knitwear is pre-shrunk before bulk production, but some shrinkage may still occur after washing.

Care Instructions: Hand wash or machine wash cold inside out and hang dry to avoid shrinkage.

I received a defective product. What do I do?

At INITFADA APPAREL, we are committed to ensuring that every product we offer meets our strict quality standards.

If you happen to receive an item that isn't up to par, we're here to help. Simply reach out to us at initfada.apparel@gmail.com, describing the issue you've encountered. Please include photographs of the defect and include your order number in the subject line.
